洛谷 P2503 [HAOI2006]均分数据

模拟退火写起来真舒服喵~

首先我们把这$n$个数随机分成$m$组,然后退火时每次随机两个数交换分组,如果更优的话就保存,不然的话就以一定的概率接受该答案

记得多随机几次喵~
